Can you tell us about your role at WarehouseQuote?
As a Client Onboarding Manager, I assist with the setup of our clients and partners when they agree to join our network. I strive to understand the current state of the client business operations and their expectations of the project and then align it with our facility operations to create an efficient process for all. Once product is received into the WHQ network, I’ll check in with the various internal and external stakeholders to ensure expectations are being met or exceeded.
What’s your ‘why’ story?
I love solving problems for others and fixing clunky processes to make everyone’s life a bit easier. While, “if it’s not broke, don’t fix it” is a fair statement, I’ll challenge it with, “if it’s not automated, we can improve it”.
How did you get where you are today?
I wish I knew the answer to this. I’ve dabbled in a few different roles and industries along the way, each VERY different from where I’m currently sitting, but the core functions were the same:
- Put the client first
- Stay agile/flexible
- Everything is figure-out-able
What excites you about working at WarehouseQuote?
No day is the same, nor is any client project. I enjoy getting to know our clients, what they see as success, and working to deliver them a process that exceeds expectations.
